Hour Seven is not the cheapest single ingredient. It is the simpler, measured all-in-one ritual.
A note from Aayla
At 3am, the usual advice stopped making sense to me.
The week before my period, my nights change shape.
I started Hour Seven because I wanted a calmer way to notice those changes over time, bringing my nightly ritual, wearable signals and Dozy into one place without judgement or pressure.
One tart cherry drink, clearly stated ingredients, measured doses, and an app that helps you keep it going.

Before your first night.
When will I feel it?
Hour Seven is not a sedative, and experiences vary. The ritual itself starts on night one; use one scoop consistently and judge how it fits your routine over time rather than expecting an instant medical effect.
Can I take it with medication?
If you take medication, have a health condition or are preparing for surgery, ask a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding because the formula contains ashwagandha.
Is it safe long-term?
Hour Seven is a food supplement for adults aged 18 and over. Follow the label, do not exceed one scoop daily, and ask a clinician if you have questions about long-term use in your circumstances.
What if I miss a night?
Nothing to catch up on. Resume your usual one-scoop routine the next evening and never double the serving.
How does subscription work?
Subscribe for £31.50 per pouch and choose a delivery every one, two, three or four months. You can skip, pause, resume or change the cadence.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting Hour Seven support. There is no long-term lock-in; you can also skip or pause before cancelling.
