Accessibility at Hour Seven
We want everyone to be able to learn about Hour Seven, manage their choices and complete a purchase without unnecessary barriers.
Our technical target
We use WCAG 2.2, Level AA, as our technical benchmark. This includes keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels and alternative text, readable contrast, responsive reflow, clear form errors and controls for non-essential motion.
How we check the site
We combine automated testing with manual checks of the home page, product page, cart, contact form, policy pages and other core journeys. We test at narrow screen widths, with browser zoom, by keyboard and with reduced-motion preferences. Automated reports are treated as evidence, not as proof that every person will have the same experience.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of the site is difficult to use, tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology you use. We can also provide product, order or policy information in another reasonable format.
help@hourseven.com or use our contact form. We usually reply the same day and ask you to allow up to one working day.
Scope and review date
This statement covers hourseven.com. Checkout and some payment, review and privacy controls are provided through Shopify or specialist service partners, and we include those customer journeys in our checks where the service permits.
