Cancellation policy

Hour Seven is sold either as a one-time purchase or on a subscription. This policy covers how a subscription is billed, changed and cancelled. We do not offer pre-orders or try before you buy.
Subscriptions
A subscription sends you repeat deliveries at the frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider and you are charged automatically for each delivery.
Your renewal price is the total you paid on your first delivery. It does not rise while the subscription stays active.
Changing or cancelling
New subscriptions require a minimum of two paid deliveries, including your first order. You pay separately for each delivery at the price and frequency shown before checkout. Until the second successful payment, product editing, skipping, pausing and cancellation controls are unavailable. Once that payment succeeds, those controls unlock. There is no additional cancellation fee. You can still update your address, change the frequency or contact support while the minimum is active.
New subscriptions are managed through Seal Subscriptions in your Hour Seven account. Sign in with your checkout email and the emailed six-digit code, then choose Seal subscriptions. You can also use the secure management link in your subscription emails. Existing Shopify subscriptions remain at hourseven.com/account, using an emailed six-digit sign-in code, and keep their original cancellation terms.
Cancel before the next order is created to stop the next delivery. If the next order has already been created, it is treated as a normal order under our Return and refund policy.

Gifts on a subscription
For the current offer, The Lucidity Method ebook is included with subscriptions. One-time buyers can add it free by ticking the ebook box before adding to cart. Subscribers receive one complimentary gift with each of their first four consecutive deliveries: a sleep mask with delivery 1, a drink frother with delivery 2, earplugs with delivery 3 and a satin pillowcase with delivery 4. One-time purchases do not include subscriber gifts. Orders placed under earlier offers keep the gifts and terms promised at purchase.
Where a £5 voucher was issued under an earlier promotion, skipping, pausing or cancelling does not take it back. Its conditions remain those set out under Discounts, offers and promotions in our Terms of service.
Refunds
Refunds on any delivery, including under The 60 Night Trial, are covered by our Return and refund policy.
First-order trial and second payment
For new subscriptions under policy two-cycle-v1, the voluntary first-order guarantee ends 60 days after delivery of the first order or when payment for the second subscription order succeeds, whichever comes first. A failed payment, pending authorisation, scheduled order or draft order does not end the guarantee. Renewal orders do not start a new trial. We assess eligibility using the time you contacted us; claims submitted before the deadline remain eligible even if we process them after a renewal.
If we approve an eligible first-order trial refund, we release the remaining two-delivery minimum and cancel future subscription payments. Contact us to arrange the refund and cancellation together. You may also ask us before payment two to end your subscription after its minimum term, without waiting for a third charge.
One-time purchases keep their existing guarantee. Orders and subscriptions entered into under earlier terms keep the rights promised at purchase. This cutoff does not restrict statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
