You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, restrict, impair, or interfere with the website or the experience of other users.
You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, scraping, copying, interfering with checkout systems, or using the website for fraudulent activity.
Products and wellness information

Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it and processed payment. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where we believe there has been an error, suspected fraud, stock issue, pricing mistake, misuse of a promotion, or any other reasonable issue.
Please make sure your order details, delivery address, email address, and payment details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Pricing and availability
We aim to keep product prices, descriptions, images, availability, and delivery information accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, change offers, or withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
Product packaging, ingredients, design, images, and presentation may be updated from time to time. The product you receive may vary slightly from images shown on the website, but we aim to represent products as accurately as possible.
Discounts, offers and promotions
Discount codes, free shipping offers, bundles, gifts, and other promotions may be changed, paused, withdrawn, or refused at any time.
Promotions are subject to availability and may have additional terms, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, or exclusions.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
For the current offer, The Lucidity Method ebook is included with subscriptions. One-time buyers can add it free by ticking the ebook box before adding to cart. Subscribers receive one complimentary gift with each of their first four consecutive deliveries: a sleep mask with delivery 1, a drink frother with delivery 2, earplugs with delivery 3 and a satin pillowcase with delivery 4. One-time purchases do not include subscriber gifts. Orders placed under earlier offers keep the gifts and terms promised at purchase.
Previously issued £5 subscriber vouchers
Where a £5 voucher was promised under an earlier subscriber promotion, it is issued as an Hour Seven gift card when that first subscriber order is fulfilled. The current gift ladder does not include a £5 voucher. One voucher is issued per customer rather than per order, and it has no expiry date.
The voucher is a gift attached to that order. If the order is refunded in full or in part, cancelled, or charged back, the voucher is deactivated and any remaining balance on it is void. This applies whether or not the voucher has already been partly spent, and a customer who has had a voucher deactivated in this way is not issued a replacement on a later order.
Skipping, pausing or cancelling a subscription does not affect a voucher that has already been issued. We may decline to issue a voucher on an order that is flagged as a fraud risk.
If you believe a voucher has been deactivated in error, email help@hourseven.com with your order number and we will look at it.
Shipping and delivery
We ship orders from the United Kingdom. Our Shipping policy sets out the current delivery regions, carriers, dispatch cutoff, delivery-day rules and any treatment of duties and taxes. The available service and final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier performance, weather, customs, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns and refunds
One-time purchases have 60 days from delivery. For new subscriptions under policy two-cycle-v1, the voluntary first-order trial ends 60 days after delivery of the first order or at the second successful payment, whichever comes first. A failed payment, pending authorisation, scheduled order or draft order does not end the trial. Renewal orders do not start a new trial. Claims submitted before the deadline remain eligible even if processed later.
Opened and part-used pouches are included. The trial exists so that you can drink the product and judge it, so a return is not conditional on the pouch being unopened or sealed. The trial covers one order per customer.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items, and orders where there has been an error with the order, are handled separately and are not counted against the trial.
Subscriber gifts do not increase the refund amount. If your refunded order included a 3D Sleep Mask, the mask must be returned. The Lucidity Method ebook is a download and stays with you. Any £5 voucher issued under an earlier promotion is deactivated as set out above.
Customers are responsible for the return label fee unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or there has been an error with the order.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at help@hourseven.com.
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.
Subscriptions
Hour Seven is sold as a one-time purchase or on a subscription. A subscription bills automatically for each delivery at the frequency you choose, and your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider.
Your renewal price is the total you paid on your first delivery. It does not rise while the subscription stays active.
New subscriptions under policy two-cycle-v1 require two paid deliveries, including the first order. Skip, pause, product changes and cancellation unlock after the second successful payment. You can still update your address, change the delivery frequency or contact support during the minimum term. An approved eligible first-order trial refund releases the remaining minimum and cancels future payments. You may ask support before payment two to end the subscription after its minimum term without waiting for a third charge. Orders and subscriptions entered into under earlier terms retain their original rights. Statutory rights are unaffected. Cancel before the next order is created to stop that delivery, subject to the applicable minimum term. Full management and cancellation details are in our Cancellation policy.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, product names, branding, graphics, images, designs, logos, icons, layouts, and other materials, belongs to Hour Seven, Van Tuan Group Ltd, or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use our content without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, delivery services, analytics tools, email providers, social platforms, or other external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to provide a reliable website, accurate product information, and a good customer experience. However, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hour Seven and Van Tuan Group Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
