Dose, storage and suitability
Dose: Adults aged 18 and over. Mix one level 7g scoop with 200ml of water, once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding because the formula contains ashwagandha.
Health conditions and surgery: Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a thyroid, autoimmune or liver condition, diabetes or blood-pressure concerns, or if you are preparing for surgery.
Medication: Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take sedatives, anti-seizure medicine, thyroid hormone, diabetes or blood-pressure medicine, immunosuppressants, antibiotics, bisphosphonates or penicillamine. Magnesium and zinc can affect how some medicines are absorbed, so a pharmacist can advise on timing. Do not stop prescribed medicine without medical advice.
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Follow the pouch directions and best-before information.
